Craft4u provides handcrafted products and artificial jewellery for personal use. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website means you accept all terms.
2. Product Information
All products are handcrafted; slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur. Images shown are for reference purposes only. Actual product may slightly differ due to lighting and screen resolution.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice. Full payment is required before order processing unless Cash on Delivery is available. Craft4u reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing or technical errors.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Craft4u reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within a reasonable time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier service. Craft4u is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners. Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. If an order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products. Customers must provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery as proof. Without proper unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, minor color or design differences, incorrect product selection by the customer, or normal wear and tear.
8. WhatsApp Orders
Orders placed via WhatsApp are considered confirmed once payment is completed. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before placing the order.
9. Limitation of Liability
Craft4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of Craft4u. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Fraud Prevention
Craft4u reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from customers suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse of policies.
