At Craft4u, we ensure that all products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery.
Proof Requirement
To claim any return or replacement, an unboxing video (without cuts) and clear images are mandatory. Without proper proof, no request will be accepted.
Replacement Policy
In approved cases, we provide a replacement of the same product. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, minor color or design differences, incorrect product selection by the customer, delivery delays, or if the product is used or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
If the return request is approved, the customer must send the product back in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Cancellation before dispatch may be accepted at our discretion.
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided. Only replacement is applicable in valid cases.
